I work with professionals, creatives, and fellow therapists, helping them find the confidence and clarity to live authentically, fully, and imaginatively.

You won’t find a lengthy description here about offering a non-judgmental, safe space, because that should go without saying. Of course, you will be met with warmth, respect, and understanding. But beyond that, I want to share how I work, the areas I specialise in, and how I can best support you.

Life can be overwhelming, and at times, we all feel under pressure. It’s not always easy to share these thoughts and emotions with those closest to us, perhaps out of fear of burdening them, or because we worry about judgment, misunderstanding or conflict.

You may be feeling unsettled about family relationships, work, your social life, or even your relationship with yourself, which is, arguably, the most important relationship of all.

Counselling offers a space where we can explore these challenges together, helping you make sense of what’s happening and uncover a way forward that truly aligns with you.

What is Psychodynamic Counselling?

Psychodynamic Counselling is grounded in a framework that provides clear guidelines for our work together. This structure ensures that you know what to expect, creating a sense of clarity and safety.

Sessions are held weekly, ideally at the same time and day, to nurture consistency and trust – allowing the therapeutic relationship to evolve naturally and giving space for deeper exploration.

In our work together, we will explore your thoughts, emotions and behaviour patterns, especially those that may no longer be serving you. This self awareness can help you reconnect with your authentic self and begin to make lasting changes that feel right for you.
